Dragoneer's $200M Growth Capital Investment In Trumid
Dragoneer, a long-only, growth-oriented public and private investor, led $200M growth capital financing round in Trumid, a financial technology company and fixed income electronic trading platform. TPG and funds and accounts managed by BlackRock and T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc. also joined Dragoneer in the round.
The Gunderson deal team was led by Ryan Purcell (Picture) and Jeremy Lerner and included Jace Clegg, Alex Khachaturian, Reon Cloete and Irina Finkel.
