Skillshare's $66 Million Series D Financing
Gunderson Dettmer Stough Villeneuve Franklin & Hachigian, LLP advised Skillshare on the deal.
Skillshare, the world's largest online learning community for creativity, raised a $66 million Series D financing led by OMERS Growth Equity. In response to a surge in international demand, the funding will primarily be used to create a localized experience for international students, while continuing to expand domestically, and grow Skillshare's enterprise offering.
The Gunderson deal team was led by Melissa Marks (Picture) and Hilary Adams and included Katie Gardner, Wenli Cai, Alex Khachaturian and Valerie Wood.
